Been using Russell for years and he provides a good honest service. Worried our boiler was
Gonna cost us an arm and a leg, was glad to know it was just air. All done within an hour!

I had Russell round to do a bit of plumbing in a very small awkward place, this is the first time that I had used Boiler Buddy and I am really pleased with the work that he did. He works quickly with minimal fuss, listens and takes on board what you are asking for even when you don’t explain it very well.
Everywhere was left clean and tidy and he even helped me with a hot water issue that I didn’t know could be solved all without being asked.

Boiler Buddy have repaired a plumbing problem we had today. The service was excellent, the price more than reasonable and carried out by a professional plumber.
We have used them previously for a new boiler, the same applied then. Thankyou Russell.

Russell is always so helpful and never does anything without showing me the worn out part. Would always recommend him. Never tries to get you to renew things when they are still OK. Reasonably priced as well.

Russell was so helpful when our boiler broke due to the fan - he came out within 2 hours and it was fixed. We will definitely be loyal customers of Boiler Buddy & will use them religiously for our yearly service going forward. Thanks for all your help Russell, we seriously appreciate it.

Having used Boiler Buddy's plumbing services before when we were living in Long Melford and knowing they could be trusted to do a good job that was fairly priced, we were to keen to use them again.

Russell fitted us an outdoor tap, and also took a look at our leaky shower. He did a fab job, communicated well throughout and turned up when he said he would. We'd happily use boiler buddy's plumbing services again.

Messaged him first thing this morning about our blocked shower drain and he fitted us in before his first call. The drain is running well now.
